Looking for a grass-fed beef sampler box? Our pasture-raised, grass-finished Beef Sampler Box gives you approximately 10 pounds of premium Florida beef — the perfect way to try our beef without committing to a full share.

Each box includes a balanced mix of premium steaks, secondary cuts, a family-size roast, ground beef, and our new beef brats. Each box won’t include every cut, we rotate between them to ensure a balanced selection.

What’s Included in Each Box:

🥩Premium Steaks

Every box includes a selection of premium steaks. Depending on availability, your box may include:

• Ribeye, New York Strip, Sirloin, or Filet

🍖Secondary & Braising Cuts

You’ll also receive flavorful secondary cuts that are perfect for grilling, searing, slow cooking, or braising. Depending on availability, these may include:

• Skirt Steak, Flank Steak, Chuck Steak, Shoulder Steak, Flat Iron, Tip Steak, or Hanging Tender

🍲Family-Size Roast

Each box includes one substantial 2–3 lb roast, selected from cuts such as:

• Eye Round, Top Round, Bottom Round, Rump Roast, Brisket, Tri-Tip

🍔Ground Beef

Approximately 4 lbs of our pasture-raised ground beef for burgers, tacos, meatballs, chili, spaghetti, and everyday meals.

🌭Beef Bratwurst — *NEW*

Every sampler box now includes 1 lb of our beef brats—perfect for a quick weeknight meal or throwing on the grill.

Because we cut and package each animal based on what’s available, specific cuts will vary from box to box. Every box is packed with a generous mix of steaks, roasts, ground beef.

Our beef sampler boxes are available for pick-up at our local markets or for shipping. We ship within the state of Florida via UPS Ground Mon-Wed, which allows for delivery in 1-2 days. If you do not see a shipping option for the address you enter at checkout, please contact us. 

Our beef is shipped inside an insulted box with freezer packs. The beef is viable for 48-72 hours after packaged (typically). If your beef is slightly thawed or soft upon arrival, that is fine. As long as it is still cold it is okay to refreeze. Everything was previously frozen-fresh.

Ensure someone is available to receive you box upon delivery.

Our Bef Sampler Boxes are generally in stock and ready to ship. We ship Monday-Wednesday inside our ground network via UPS Ground for 1-2 day delivery. Double check under the “Add To Cart” button for current availability.

No. We don’t use any vaccines or injections in the beef coming from Fifty Ten Farms. When we source cattle, we strive to work with farms that maintain similar values to us, but we cannot guarantee these animals have never been administered injections. However, no routine antibiotics are used. Furthermore, all animals go through a withdraw period and are finished on our farm prior to processing. 

It is also worth noting, there are currently no USDA approved or licensed mRNA vaccines for use in cattle in the U.S.

Not to worry! This is largely why we began offering the 1/8th! 35 pounds of beef sounds like a lot (and it is!), but it only requires about 2 cubic feet of freezer space—perfect for those we want a variety of beef at a fair price without investing in a deep freezer.

This generally fits into a freezer top (or bottom) with ease.

Yes, we raise our beef right here at Fifty Ten Farms, and, when unable to meet demand, source from neighboring ranches in and around Arcadia that follow similar principals and grazing practices.

All our beef is harvested just prior to processing, hanged for an average of 10-14 days, then butchered and frozen fresh. It will be vacuum sealed and frozen to preserve freshness.
