This sampler box is designed to give you a true taste of our grass-fed beef; a selection of steaks balanced by versatile meal cuts and everyday ground.

Each box is assembled from the whole animal, which means cuts rotate naturally. While individual cuts may vary from box to box, every sampler is carefully built to be equal in overall value and total weight, ensuring a fair and satisfying experience for every customer.

What’s Included in Each Box

Each sampler box weighs approximately 9–10 lb and includes the following categories:

🥩 Steaks (Multiple Cuts Per Box)

Every box includes multiple steaks, selected from a rotating mix such as ribeye, New York strip, filet, sirloin, skirt steak, tri-tip, picanha, flank steak, flat iron, tip steak, or hanging tender. Some boxes may include premium steaks like ribeye or New York, while others include additional secondary steaks to balance value, but no box is steak-light.

🍖 Hearty Meal Cut (1 Cut)

Each box includes one substantial, cook-once meal cut ideal for family dinners and slow cooking, such as chuck roast, shoulder roast, rump roast, London broil, mock tender, or an equivalent hearty cut depending on availability.

🍲 Braising Cut (1 Cut)

A braising or stew cut suitable for soups, stews, pressure cooking, or slow braising. In some boxes, this category may be replaced with additional ground beef or an extra steak cut to maintain overall balance and value.

🍔 Ground Beef (Approximately 3–4 lb)

Grass-fed ground beef for everyday meals, perfect for burgers, tacos, chili, and everyday meals. A kitchen staple.

Cuts rotate based on whole-animal processing, exact contents vary, but total weight and overall value are consistent. Every box includes steaks, a hearty meal cut, and ground beef, offering a well-rounded sampler that reflects how the animal is raised and processed.

Whole-animal farming doesn’t produce identical boxes, but it can produce balanced ones. By rotating cuts and equalizing value and weight, we’re able to honor the entire animal, reduce waste, and deliver a product that customers can trust.

All beef is raised and finished on pasture, without added hormones or unnecessary inputs. Sampler boxes are produced in limited quantities based on harvest availability.
