When will i get my beef?
We harvest on a monthly basis. After you reserve your share, we will arrange processing where our butchers will hang and dress your beef—it doesn’t get fresher!
This processes takes about 4 weeks. Contact us for a subscription model, eliminating wait time.
How will i get my beef?
As you know, this beef is sold as “shares”, meaning you purchase a share of an animal prior to processing. Due to the nature of USDA restrictions, shares cannot be shipped. This is a local product. After you reserve your share we will contact you to arrange pickup or delivery. You can pickup in Punta Gorda or Babcock Ranch. We offer delivery to a select area as well.
