Shipping Policy:

  • We strive to process and ship orders promptly. However, please note that lead times and processing dates provided are approximate and not guaranteed.
  • Our standard handling time is 1-5 business days.
  • Shipping costs and delivery estimates will be provided at the time of checkout.
  • We currently ship to addresses within lower 48 States.
  • For international orders, please contact us directly for shipping options and rates.
  • We reserve the right to modify shipping options and rates on a case-by-case basis.

Return Policy:

  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
  • No returns will be accepted on perishable goods (food items) or tallow products, as they are for personal or cosmetic use.
  • Please note that beef share deposits are non-refundable.
  • Returns must be in their original packaging and unused condition to be eligible for a refund.
  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Modifications:

  • We reserve the right to modify these shipping and return policies on a case-by-case basis.
  • Any modifications to these policies will be communicated to you in advance.
